RETURNS

 

Even though any purchase from The Monday Shift means you have great taste, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are more than happy to provide you with one of the following options:

  • A store credit note ( no expiry date )
  • A refund for any full price items that adhere to our conditions of returns ( please note return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable)

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

2. All tags must remain attached to item

3.  Item (s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

4.  Return must include original invoice and returns form which can be downloaded below

Here's the bad news! Unfortunately we do not accept returns on SALE ITEMS and EARRINGS, other than in the event of them being faulty. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@themondayshift.com where one of our customer care chicks will be more than happy to look further into this matter with you and arrange for a new product to be mailed to you. 

 

HOW TO RETURN:

* CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA*

1. Complete the returns form above. Place this form and item/s you wish to return into the parcel and ensure the seal is secure.

2. Take the parcel to your local post office and send to our return address. For added security, we recommend using a tracked service.

3. Once we have received and processed your return, you will be re-issued your money ( return shipping is at the customer's expense ).
